These terms cover the Otia app for iPhone, published by Egemen Denizeri. Installing or using the app means accepting them.
Health
This app builds stretching programmes for flexibility and range of motion. It is not a substitute for someone who knows your body — if you have a health condition or pain that does not settle, see a professional. Stop any stretch that gives you sharp pain.
Otia is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent anything. The programmes are built from general principles about stretching, not from knowledge of you. You decide what your body can do, and you accept the risk of exercising.
What you may do with the app
While your subscription is active you have a personal, non-transferable licence to use Otia on devices you control. You may not resell it, redistribute it, or take it apart to extract the exercise content, the videos or the programme rules for use elsewhere.
What the app is
Otia is provided as it is. It is built with care and tested, but it is not promised to be free of faults, available without interruption, or suited to any particular purpose of yours. To the extent the law allows, liability for loss arising from using it — including loss of the session history stored on your phone — is excluded.
Nothing here removes rights you have as a consumer under the law where you live.

The subscription
Otia is sold as an auto-renewing subscription. You choose the length when you subscribe, and the price for your country is shown before you confirm — Apple charges in your local currency.
The subscription renews automatically at the end of each period unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before that period ends. Apple takes payment for the renewal within the 24 hours before the period ends.
Cancelling is done through Apple, not through us. Open Settings on your device, tap your name, then Subscriptions, and cancel there. We have no way to cancel it for you, and deleting the app does not cancel it. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the time you have already paid for runs to the end of the period.
A subscription belongs to your Apple Account, not to the device. If you reinstall the app or move to another device, use Restore Purchases to bring it back.
When the subscription ends
The app stops building sessions. That is the only thing that stops. You can still open the app, browse the movement library, read your history and statistics, change settings, and go through the setup questions — the button that builds the programme is what asks you to subscribe again.
Nothing is deleted. Your history and statistics stay on your phone exactly as they were, and they are there again the moment a subscription is active.
Refunds and the right to withdraw
Apple takes every payment and handles every refund. Requests go to Apple, not to us, through reportaproblem.apple.com.
If you are in the European Union you have a 14-day right to withdraw from a digital purchase. Apple is the seller of record and applies that right; you exercise it through Apple by the same route.
Changes and ending
These terms may change; the date at the top changes with them, and continuing to use the app after a change means accepting it. You can end this agreement at any time by deleting the app.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye.
